We are consolidating our blog from blogs.revtech.consulting onto the main RevTech site at /insights. This is both a housekeeping move and a deliberate choice. Everything we publish about SAP for Aerospace, Defense, and Government Contracting belongs in one place, under one brand, with one set of search signals pointing to it.
What you will find here
The topics we intend to cover consistently:
- SAP configuration patterns that hold up under DCAA, DCMA, and CAS audit
- Program-driven cost accounting and how it shapes everything from chart of accounts design to indirect rate structures
- EVMS implementation in SAP, including the specialized extensions that close the gaps in standard SAP functionality
- Security architecture for classified and ITAR-controlled environments running SAP
- AI adoption in regulated industries, with a particular focus on FedRAMP, GovCloud, and air-gapped deployments
- Field notes from the engagements we are running, sanitized for confidentiality
Who writes here
Everything published here is written by senior RevTech practitioners. No ghostwriters, no generic thought leadership, no SEO filler. If you read something on this blog, it was written by someone who has actually done the work.
What is different about this blog
Most consulting blogs are written for search engines first and humans second. Ours aims to be the opposite. We will publish less frequently than a content factory and more substantively. Where a technical topic deserves a long piece, it will get one. Where a short note captures the point, we will keep it short.
If a post does not teach you something specific about running SAP in a regulated industry, we have failed.
